We do ship internationally. So you may shop for yourself or send gifts to your overseas friends and relatives.
We recommend courier services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder.
However, you are free to choose other shipping services or use whichever forwarder for the delivery. In case you wish to use a forwarder which is different from our own suggestion, please contact our Customer Service Representative by e-mail: email@example.com .
In order to let your shipping cost be more efficient; such as combined shipment, shipping cost will be quoted to you by customer service. After your confirmation of forwarder as well as freight, invoice of order total will be issued.
If your order item(s) does not meet with the local regulation or requirement of the country of delivery, e.g. because of weight or total order amount, Babila may automatically separate your order into several parcels which will be delivered on different dates to meet the requirement. You will be notified of all the tracking numbers by email.
We will send a Dispatch Notification email on behalf our forwarder to you after the forwarder has dispatched your order. The majority of our orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days after the payment is verified. You can expect to receive this email within 2 – 4 business days after you have placed an order. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link. You can click on the link to track your order.
If you do not receive the dispatch notification email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please “contact us” for more details.
The forwarder that we recommended strives to provide quick and efficient delivery service to customers but delivery time may vary because of country of delivery, shipping method selected, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter). The forwarder that we recommended has no control over and will not be responsible for any delay. For more details, please kindly refer below “Customs & Tax” .
If payment of an order received by us can be verified before 4 pm on a business day, the shipment will be made by the forwarder within the next business day for Expedited Shipping and within the next two business days for Standard Shipping. Please note that Babila business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (HKT GMT +8, excluding public holidays).
Since some of the customs authorities (for instance, UK, France, Germany, Spain or Russia) may take a relatively long time for customs clearance and inspections for up to 4-6 weeks. Should you encounter any difficulties, please “contact us” for assistance.

When ordering from Babila you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Babila has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When you pressing “place order” to place your order, this assumes you have accepted the responsibility for the import duties and/or tax, additional charge and Import Trade Declaration for custom clearance. If you have not been able to complete this statement of the aforementioned and the package is subsequently returned to Babila, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.
NOTE: As import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must comply with the laws and requirements of the country, we MUST provide the product value for the customs clearance. In addition, some of the countries requested to attach the product details with value outside the parcel, thus, we will NOT amend the product value in any circumstances.
